Tired of looking and looking for a good AA or AAA, need help!

I had a older Fenix, LD01 which pooped out on me, so I am looking for a replacement. I have a friend that has TI IlluminaTi CA1 that I was looking at as being a replacement. Looking for something better, even an AA is acceptable (or preferred if that much better) however it will be used for keychain duty. After looking through the forums, and the various manufacturer's websites (Fenix, Nitecore, 4Sevens, ect), my brain is fried. Cutting to the chase, AAA or AA, over 100 lumens, prefer at least one lower mode, small size for keychain carry, one handed operation is a plus, and under $50 if possible. Thanks.
