My dad purchased a Fenix TK40 almost one year ago and now it has suddenly quit working. I cleaned the contact points, made sure all the tabs and springs were making contact, tested the battery carrier (getting about 6.5 volts), and have removed the tailcap and jumped the switch. Nothing has helped thus far. Does anyone have any suggestions?
