How does the beam on this setup compare with an Arc LSH-P?

I have compared them, and I found the E1E + KL4 combo to have a brighter, wider coverage, and much more symmetrical. Both have nice light overall.
I use the E1E/KL4 combo as an EDC, and I love it!

No, I don't believe so. No one on the threads has seen any problem so far as I know, and it runs so much cooler I believe that it might actually lengthen the life. Cooler running components usually last longer. (Electric motors would be a different matter.)
