I'm in the process of building my first light and am using the design from Achesalot/Amoeba.
Using 1 square aluminum tubes, Im having trouble squaring off the ends after making cuts on my bandsaw. Even using the miter guide on my disc sander I still get pressure spots.
What is the best method of sanding the ends evenly?
