I was active on CPF way back in the day, and I had an original Firefly, among other esteemed lights like the Arc4 and a couple of custom lights by one respected modder here.
However, I've been out of the swing of things and when I look around, I see (to my relief) that flashlights are a lot cheaper now. You still pay $200+ for an Arc but you have cheaper options now, which didn't used to exist back then.
So with that in mind, I'm looking for a CR2 light that I can throw in my pocket and which won't make me cry if I lose it. Price needs to be under $30 and aesthetics are very important to me (no bulbous heads).
The Quark Mini CR2 (http://www.4sevens.com/product_info....oducts_id=2197) looks really nice and just like the Firefly I once had, but are there other options I'm missing? I'm especially open to something that will give me flexibility to add a 2xAA extension tube.
