First off - I did a search, but not many threads with answers. And many of the threads are very old. 
I am looking to build a simple, beginner-type P60 drop-in. I would like to use XM-L emitter. I am a novice machinist with a small lathe and milling machine. I am fairly adept with a soldering gun.
I would be grateful for a little guidance, such as:
1) where to buy components, and,
2) some construction and assembly info
3) some basic technical info
