Newbie to the forums here.
I find lots of info on the AA versions of the Quarks, but not so much on the 123 versions. Did a site search and there were NO hits for the 123 versions.
I have been buying Surefire E2DLs for ~$150 to $170 for my workers and they seem to fit the bill nicely for our needs. We are in construction management. Everyone likes the lights for their ability to withstand rough handling, pocket-able size, and their concentrated throw, but....I think they like them too much
They are always getting lost, but that is another issue.
I am looking to replace the E2DLs with something similar, and at the same time, be a little easier on my pocketbook. I will stay with 123s, since I have several cases of them and they have a superior shelf life.
The Quarks mentioned above look to be likely replacements, but I don't know about the throws for the two.
Can the flashaholics here help me decide, please? Or recommend some thing else that will fit my needs that is in the $60 to $70 range.
