Newb here, done some research but still want to post a thread. The O rings on my quark aa2 tactical were clear-colored and seemed to increase in diameter after applying silicon oil.... so I am thinking they are silicon. After cleaning and re-lubing the light I was happy except the o rings did not behave well. I allowed the o rings to sit in the oil for approximately 5 minutes while cleaning the light (aka heavily-over lubing the o-rings). I put the o rings back on the light and their internal diameter was significantly larger to the point they would not function on the light. I plan on purchasing Super-lube from a local hardware store and some quality Buna-N (nitrile) o rings if available. Approximate Dimensions using my caliper skills: Inner diameter 11/16 in. ~0.7 in. Thickness 1/16 in. Anyone have dimensions on these O-rings or other comments before I head to the hardware store (I have emailed 4sevens but figured I'd ask here as well)?
