whenever I read a post from someone who lost their light I wonder how that could happen. well, it happened to me yesterday 
I had an ITP A3 in stainless on a key ring with one car key. somewhere between the house and the driveway it disappeared. I've searched everywhere that makes sense, but no luck.
it may turn up at some point but I thought I'd ask for recommendations for a suitable replacement. I want a single AAA small enough for a keyring and I am partial to polished stainless (haven't tried titanium but have the impression stainless is more scratch resistant). yeah, I can just replace the EOS but this might be a good excuse to try a different light. Then if it turns up I'll have both.
