I would use it as a backup. I have a 1W Energizer signle AA that I like, but I'm giving it to my mom and might as well upgrade.
I was looking at the Maratac 1AA, but wanted a pushbutton tailcap. On that subject, how is that light? I like the look of it and may consider it if there is nothing else that meets my criteria.
No strobes etc. I have no use for them.\
