4Sevens shipped the light I ordered 12/17/10 but NOT the 18650 batteries I ordered. Very disappointing. There wasn't even a packing slip included in my shipment to show me any information. Online it simply states that the batteries are 'yet to ship'.
I emailed customer service and hope to get a human response by tomorrow.
