Ok i have two jet III M r5s and have noticed a few differences?
1) they are only 100 off in serial numbers.
2) Latest is 138 mm long and has a white switch silver contact in the tail cap that leaves less room for the cells.
3) The older version is 140mm long and has a gold long tail cap spring and more cell room.
This seams like it should be the other way around 1st specs stated 138mm and later specs state 140mm which should be longer for the switch upgrade.
Also the earlier versions did not state the full 355 lumen on 18650.
Does anyone know how to identify the 255 lumen model?
Also what length and tail cap switch do you have?
I am worried Jetbeam is mixing up parts on assembly causing some units to be too tight on 2 rcr123a cells.
I dont have a way to check lumens but tint between my two models is different.
I think i would notice 100 lumens!
