I was happy to receive my new Raptor RRT0 today but unfortunately the joy was short lived.
I am having an issue where it won't completely turn off unless I unscrew the tailcap. When I have clicked it 'off', the LED enters a flickering state. When I turn it on, I can go through the brightness modes using the control ring without issue. I've checked that I've screwed AA adapter correctly and both adapter and tail cap are firmly closed (though not over torqued). O-rings look ok. It is possible I've overlooked something. If so, please clue me in. I am using an AA Sanyo Eneloop battery.
I have Googled and searched this forum prior to posting.
Any ideas regards a fix?
As an aside, it looks awesome. Really good looking bit of industrial design.
