i just thought id mention that i found the slowest double-flash on the Liteflux LF3XT to be the perfect hey, im here; please dont end my life!-strobe/flashy setting for bicycling when its overcast or starting to get dark.

other strobes seem to be too fast and obnoxious, but if you program the 3XT for the beacon and mess with the speed, there's a double-flash that i think is ideal for being visible. it's the slowest double-flash setting. in my opinion, it's not too slow and not too fast for being visible.

i had steve ku mod a LF3XT to neutral white for me. i have that and a neutral white 123 tactical quark on my handlebars.

when it's overcast or starting to get dark, i use that slow double flash on the 3XT and have my quark programmed loose for medium.

when it's completely dark out, i put the 3XT on one click/step below high, and the quark programmed tight for high.

i got the cateye TL-LD1100 as a tail light. it's pretty cool when you set both rows for the side-to-side chasing mode.

just thought i'd share.

happy and safe bicycling, everyone!
