Ive gotten the switch out of an old 3D Mag with the Hex key--no problem. But that lamp is old and beat up. I have a newer 2D Mag I want to upgrade but cannot find a Star driver to fit. Anything I find in the T7 or T8 size has too big of a shank to get to the set screw. How do I get that set screw loose??? Is the spanner tool on the Maglite.com site the right tool for the job??
