Brinyte has had a AAA Fenix LD01 clone out for a while.
Dxtreme has it for under 20.

The exterior is nearly identical to the Fenix LD01.

I have the Brinyte.
My biggest complaint is that I don't want to put it in water.

The site above claims IP65 water proof-- I think that is dustproof, and can withstand some water jets for a while.
It has a very tight o-ring between the reflector and LED, and a moderately tight o-ring between the led and body.
It makes a high pitched whine when you turn it on, and does low, med, high, high strobe, high sos, and remembers your last setting.
It probably does have a Cree Q5-WC, and probably is about 100 lumens on high.

I want another 20$ AAA keychain light, but am unsure how it compares to others, so I didn't buy another. I will instead get ITP A3, because of the lack of reviews on the Brinyte.
If you have a Fenix LD01, where can I get a body o-ring to see if it fits and is an upgrade from the one on the Brinyte? service (at) fenixlight.com doesn't want to respond to me
