Help, my Novatac 120p has gone crazy...

For some reason and I can't figure out how the programming I had got lost. Now I have the flowchart and have programmed my NT's several times but for some reason this one is driving me nuts. It isn't accepting any of my inputs, it just stays at the factory settings. Now I like my lights like this : Full output on the primary setting , double click and it drops by half or around there, triple click and it goes to moonlight. No press hold for full output. Well for some reason when I double click/press hold to ramp the brightness up in the primary setting it doesn't save it. I'm sure it's me, so what am I doing wrong ?
