Thats right. I have an AA light converted to use XML T6.

XM-L T6 emitter
3 mode driver High 2.8A max, med, low
This light has a surprisingly thick body and deep reflector making it ideal for this conversion. It has a removable belt clip and lanyard. The light uses a forward click switch with momentary. The light is now powered by 1x IMR 14500 (NOT included with this sale).
On the left is my tank 007 (DX claims 120 lumen) Right is XM-L light
The beam of this light is as soft as silk, its very floody but also reaches a very great distance.
