I have just received my Thrunight catapult V2 and have a problem.

On high it is perfect, but when on low the slightest shake will turn the beam off and on. I have tried cleaning the threads for the head (with alcohol) with no improvement. It seems slightly flexing the head causes the intermittent contact.

Any suggestions?

It would not be easy to send to flashlight back so I am hopeful someone has a solution.

(I am using new AW 2900 18600 batteries. There is no improvement with some IMR 16000 batteries)

I had the same problem which was mostly solved by the thinner O rings which the vendor mailed to me. Not perfect, but much better.

when switching to low, you need to do more a turn than you actually think. Instead of stopping when it just turns to low, make almost a full turn. There is kind of a sweet spot as far as amount to turn the body. Once you find it, it's easy to do everytime.
