Why are the so called white LEDs used in the micro lights such as the LRI Photon and the disposable clones so blue in output?:scowl: They must run a color temperature of 7000K or higher.
Are the phosphors used that much cheaper than those which are used in making a white LED with a lower color temperature output?
The only microlight I know of with a decently warm color temperature is the LRI Photon Rex rechargeable and it is in a lot higher price category than the other microlights as well as being larger and with a lot more output.
