Looking for an A2 Led with red alternative

Hey all... I need help finding a flashlight for a friend who is about to ship out for army basic training. Before he leaves next week I want to make sure he has a good flashlight with him before he goes. I wanted to get him a Surefire A2 Led with Red secondary leds, however it is not financially possible for me at the moment. So in the meantime i am looking for a more price efficient alternative. I want the biggest bang for the buck... Reliability, Runtime and Readily available cells for those in the army is my biggest concern. I think price range is not to exceed 100 dollars. So basically I want an Led flashlight with a red led(s) on it. I know some exist, but I rather go to you experts.
