I have a Seraph P7 M Series Turbo Head (Single Mode) with the below specs

(6V-13V Regulated Input, Constant Output)

-High Output SSC P7 LED (Max Output 950 Lumens)

-6V to 13V Regulated Input for Maximum Flexibility

-High Output Single Mode

-Maximum Current Output at 2800mA

The problem is my new Nailbender XM-L P60 drop in blows it away.

I am looking for a Modder to maybe put an XM-L driven very hard into it.

The light seems to have very good heat syncing just not great output.

I am open to other idea's also please PM or post if you have idea's or would

like to do the mod.

Thanks

Here are some pictures I have switched the LED to an XM-L but still not happy I need a driver that will handle 6-9 volts and drive it harder than 2.8amps.

Thanks

Just out of interest, what tool did you use to undo the locking ring that holds the 'lamp'/driver assembly in to the head? I've got various things that will do at a pinch - long, needle nosed pliers, circlip pliers, tweezers etc. - but none allowed me to get the locking ring confortably tight.

Thanks. I have something very similar, with bent down tips, but the points aren't in quite the right place - the metal behind the points is too wide and interferes with the driver assembly. Guess I need to break out the Dremel and grind away some of excess metal.
