I recently killed my favorite EDC. It was a 3w led, 2xAA, clicky tailcap. I need to replace it with something that will not be destroyed so easily. I can search manufacturer websites for a couple weeks before buying, or I can ask here for all of you to recommend me something, then do a little bit of research on your recommendations and most likely buy tomorrow. I am impatient. 
My needs:
DURABLE. This light will be abused.
Waterproof, preferably submersible to small depths. It absolutely can not be inconvenienced by rain or being washed in the sink when it gets dirty.
2xAA - alkie, lithium, and nimh.
100+ lumens, very preferably 150+, more is acceptable.
Regulated. Can not go instant-out when it drops out of regulation.
Clickie switch. Twisties turn themselves on/off in my pocket.
A low(40 lumen?) and a high(wide-open-throttle) would be nice.
