Sell an HDS for SUREFIRE?

Hey guys. I've recently had the itch to get some new lights. At this moment, I own one HDS Ra Clicky 140E with a black stainless steel bezel. I am considering selling it to get a new Surefire E2DL Defender. It will be my first Surefire. The other light that I am getting is a new custom 200 lumen HDS Ra Clicky. Same thing but with 200 lumens. The new Ra is going to be $215 including shipping and the Surefire will be about $165. I'm leaning towards selling the 140 ra and getting the Surefire. I would just like to get some feedback from you guys before I make my final decision. Thanks,
