What has happened to the Blackhawk - Gladius Maximis flashlight?

I came across this flashlight last year and love it. I want to order another one or two, but it looks like they might not be available. Tried ordering from one vendor and they canceled the order stating it's not available. Another states I can backorder and it will be available in March. Anyone know what's going on with this flashlight?
