eagletac has awesome customer service!

I just had to mention that I am so happy with my purchase with eagletac. During the christmas season of 2010, i bought an p100a2 as it was on sale and was a pretty decent thrower. After waiting about a month (i'm in canada), i thought something had gone awry. I immediately emailed them, and for whatever reason (extra busy christmas season?), my light had accidently not been shipped out! By this time, the light i ordered was out of stock because of the sale. To remediate the situation, J (not going to mention her name) told me she could instead upgrade me and send me out a p20a2!!! how sweet was that? I've had 4sevens and from what everyone says, they've got great cust serv, but i gotta say my experience with eagletac was fantastic.



BTW, anyone find the p20a2 r5 to be a surprisingly good thrower despite its r5 OP reflector? It throws the same as an ld20 q5 while having WAY more flood at that same throw. Its EXCELLENT.
