Newbie question here...
It seems people in general seem to think that Surefire is the benchmark light..
But the more I look at other lights, the more I question why they are so much pricier?
A person can get a light that puts out (advertised) twice the LM's, in what looks to be a good, solid aluminum case...for less than half the price!
Why would someone purchase an 80 LM lite, when one that appears to be of equal (or close to) quality that puts out 200 LM... and pocket 90 bucks?
Educate me .... :ironic:
