Hello,
I have a night ops gladius that I have modded with an XPG R5. This mod was well worth it, as it boosted output significantly. I am now wondering if it will be worth the trouble to swap out the XPG for the new XML T-6. Will this be worth it with the stock gladius driver, or will I see a drop in output since the XML will be driven at minimal current levels? OR will output stay the same with a boost in efficiency? I see that the XML T6 should put out about as many lumens as the XPG even with the minimal current level. Also will the IMR reflector designed for the original luxeon that works well with the XPG, work as well with the XML? Thanks in advance for the help guys.
