I've found 2 so far that meet these requirements:
The 4Sevens Quark AA2 and the Lumintop L2A. To be more specific, the requirements are as follows:
Under $100
Thin with deep carry clip
2xAA (Li-Ion Compatable is a +)
High Output (Close as possible to Neutral is a +)
I was going to get an M20S, but as awesome as it is I'd really like to pick up a 2xAA light that I can EDC regularly first and rotate with my 123x2 Tactical Quark.
