6P stock tailcap Jiggle normal?

Sorry guys I tried looking for this but couldn't find an answer. I just got 2 6p's used from a member on the market. They both work fine but both of their tailcaps jiggle like crazy when you take them off of the body and shake them. When I jiggle the tailcap around the entire inside has a few millimeters of play seemingly in all directions and makes a very audible noise when shaking it. It works fine and doesn't jiggle when its actually on the light, but is this normal?



And to clarify they are the stock tailcaps that are push for momentary and twist for constant on.
