Ho Humm, just another RAVE about ARC service!!!

About a week ago, something went awry with my ARC LS, and it just stopped working. I posted here for advice, then called ARC and sent it back to them.

Today, a brand new LS arrived with a nice letter explaining that they could not fix the old one so they were replacing it.

Kudos to ARC for curteous, prompt, and effective customer service. You've certainly locked me in as a customer.

Dang! Beaten to the punch. I came here to write basically the same note. Had a problem, sent it in, FIVE days later I have a new light and a kind note . . . that rocks!!! They barely had time to see it . . . must put the new one in the mail back to me the afternoon they got the old one. THAT IS MOST EXCELLENT!!!
