What would be the best, non permanent way to turn a Surefire TIR optic into more of a flood light or at least diffuse it some?
I know they sell a diffuser. I have one. But I don't want to carry one around in my pocket all day. Is there some other way to do it without affecting the exterior of the light? Just the lens/optic part?
Has anyone ever tried to take the F04 diffuser apart and just stick the diffuser lens on the optic?
