Reports are coming in from several different sources over the last hour that some Bank of America customers are logging on to their online accounts only to find that other people's accounts are being displayed.
One customer reports logging on to check her credit card account, and the site instead displayed the mortgage and home equity accounts of someone else with the same last name.
