I bought some Panasonic Infinium AA cells from my usual online source, and found two were pretty much uncharged, and two had ~75% charge. I did the following on a C9000 charger:
1 Amp Analysis..: 1762, 1574, 1711, 1659
Break in........: 1959, 1892, 1872, 1957
Discharge 300mA.: 1971, 1979, 1911, 1927 (not ordered as above)
Given that the cells are rated at 2100mAh, are these duff? Or do they need more cycling, maybe break ins or normal use, to wear them in?
I'm sure they are genuine in that I have often bought branded goods from these people. I think we can guess which two were initially almost uncharged.
