Does anyone know which chips are in CREE's high brightness blue LEDs? I'm thinking the EZ Bright 1000 is in the XP-E, and the EZ Bright 700 is in the XP-C, but i'm curious which LEDs use the EZ Bright 290 and EZ Bright 400. Maybe one of the LEDs with multiple die? (MX-3, etc.) In the end, I'm looking for a high brightness blue LED with high flux density (flux/chip surface area), but with the smallest possible chip size. Thanks for any pointers!
