I received a few of the new ARC AAA Head Hosts today from a well known modder (Hi-Don) and paired one with a home grown lanyard and AAA light. The idea is to have a spare head of a differing color carried along with the primary light. The AAA heads press fit into the truncated, LTD. Edition AAA bodies. The O-Ring on the head holds it in place very snuggly.

This lanyard features a SS Beadchain with gray paracord sleeves, tubular Silicone safety break-off link, and a SS Mini-Clip.

The Head Host weighs next to nothing and gives you instant color options.

I know, I know, I know.....the Head Host begs for a button battery....go for it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What that really looks like it's begging for is to be mated to a dual tail cap so that you could activate either head from the same battery. It would cause a partial eclipse of the secondary head, but that would still be pretty cool.

Is it possible to cut the body down for an N size cell, then tap some new threads for the head? That would make an awesome light for hanging on your neck lanyard.
