Lights for Morse code

I'm having fun with my newly-acquired Surefire G3D and Quark Mini CR123 lights, but something occurred to me as I was playing around with them. These lights -- as nearly all multi-output lights I read about -- change lighting mode or intensity when you rapidly depress the on/off button. This makes the lights inadequate for emergency signaling via Morse code. Few people learn Morse code any more but I'd think emergency workers and military personnel would want the option of signaling with Morse.



Who here has used a flashlight to signal Morse code, and which are the best for it?
