Hi. I bought my first uk light about one year ago, it is still on first set of batteries. Now I bought a spare bulb assembly for it and found that there is many differences in those bulbs.
Original is about 4 mm shorter,
Spare bulbs reflector is much deeper, bulbs diameter is littlebit larger and the bulb is near the bottom of the reflector.
Original bulb is assembled in Mexico, spare bulb has no marks in it.
Shop where I bought them had both bulbs but they had same part numbers on them.
Spare bulbs beam is little smoother so I'm going to use it.
No differens in brightness.
Does anyone know is another newer or older type?
Are they still manufacturing both types?
