Hi!
My next light will be a Surefire G3. I have a G2 w/ malkoff M60LL and I love it!
I'm thinking about a G3 all nitrolon w/ the M61LL drop-in for use w/ primaries.
Any issues about this set?
Thanks

(Best kit if you are in Japan: G2 w/ M61LL and a Pelican case full of primaries)

BigWaffles, one of our members did some runtime tests with various Malkoff M60 modules. Here are some results that may help you.

edit: Whoops, I put up info on wrong drop in. You wanted m61 data. It will probably be similar and maybe have longer runtimes.

Bigwaffles runtime tests inspired me to put together two Emergency/SHTF lights. I took an existing Black G3 I owned and threw in a M60LL. The G3FYL I pieced together with parts from the Marketplace and used an M61LL. I wanted them to be G series lights due to the advantages they have over aluminum in hot or cold weather, plus they just seem to grip so good. The fact that these lights will run Alkaline AA's unregulated for a really long time make them perfect emergency lights. :)
