123 holder idea?

I now have a couple of lights that use Lithium 123s- being high power incandescents, the don't really drain the batteries completely dry- I was thinking of making (or modding) a LED flashlight (2 or 3 Nichias) to kill off the lithiums completely- I just can't seem to find a way to make a 123cell holder...
Anyone have ideas?

Great minds think alike. MilkySpit's been working on a prototype for just such a use. Give a read through this HUGE thread, and you'll probably get some good ideas.
