If wrong forum, I appologize.
Heres a couple of pics of the first clip mods I've done. These are two prototype clip mods.
The next version will be done using a mill and round table to inset the top of the clips.

. :D .

Cool. I tried using the clip from my zebralight on my quark, but it doesn't stay put when I clip it to my pocket. I'd be in for one of these if it works well.

Is that a turbo head on a single 123 body??!! If so what are the specs on that. Runtimes ETC.

That Is a Quark Turbo XP-G R5 LV Head, a 123 single battery tube, a atandard tail switch with blue rubber, a standard Quark clip.
Formed, drilled, tapped, painted, and installed.
Runtimes vary based on battery, But it works great! I use RCR123 Protected Lions
Simular ~45Min Max ~8Hours Med, haven't tried any others.

The Second is a Quark Mini Cr2, with a standard Quark clip. I can't wait to start/finish Version 2 with the milled mini with flush clip ring installed!

Very nice looking, a very clean installation
Has the tail and cap been turned on a lathe to make clip ring fit inside cap?

I don't have a lathe, it's all done by hand tools. A grinder & a file.
The clip ring goes inside in between the two sections that I jointed together.
