I have the sipik HK21 light that I modded with xpg neutral. It's the smallest of the 4 you listed and the most unique using a side switch. It's one of my favorite EDC lights because of it's small size. However, getting the head off will require two strap wrenches working in opposite directions. I did this and it came off pretty easily. If you will drive it to 2.8A, there won't be that much space for heatsinking because of the swithc assembly, so you will be limited for running on high for extended periods, but that's probably true for the other lights you listed.

You should also consider using an 18650 based P60 host such as the solarforce L2 or ultrafire 502b. I have both and am very pleased with them. The solarforce has an xm-l with shiningbeam 3-mode 2.8a driver, and the ultrafire has an xpg neutral with shiningbeam 3 mode 1.4a driver.

Hi, thanks, I find too that the light with the side switch is the small one, but I dont like that dosent have a good heatsink, I dont realy like this kind of switch, maybe this two reason is enought to try with another model, I want as well like you build this light with a neutral xp-g or maybe with a xm-l the problem is the driver, I think 2.8amp drivers dont come in 17 or less size...

I have already a light with P60 host with a xm-l but is a little big to carry in my pocket
