Sold/Expired MAG-LITE custom anodized bezel for aspheric lens

Since some of you asked me to sell these, I'm now going to produce and sell these bezel if there are more than ten people interested. Because otherwise it make no sense for me to write the program for the cnc lathe and the cost for the anodizing would be way too high.
Anyway the nearest date i can lathe them is end of may, since until then the cnc lathe is already in use, but I recommend to register by now, so i can order the material.

These bezel are made of aluminum and anodized in matt black.
If you want other colors you can contact me and I'll see what I can do for you.

They will work for any MAG-LITE C- and D-Head while using an aspheric lens with a bottom glass thickness of 2 - 3mm.

The bezel comes with O-ring to keep the lens securely in place and to seal the light.

Here are the specs:
- Total height: 30mm
- Bezel adds 13mm of height compared to stock Face Cap
- Outer diameter 56,8mm
- Maximum height of aspheric lens ~22mm

- Standard matt black anodized bezel: 30€
- Other colors (red, blue, titan, orange, gold): just ask me, since i have to quote the price for anodizing a little number of parts

Shipping:
- international: 3,45€
- international registered : 5,50€
If you want to order more than one, ask me for shipping cost.

Because there is not enough interest I will not go into production.

12834 rocks. I have 3 of 'em. need about 30-35mm from LED to focus
From what I've read 44653 rots - can't be focused inside Mag. Maybe if LED is very recessed into neck, not sure.



@Dyson72 - 30 euros is too rich for my blood. Please PM me if you have any pre or post annodizing to sell at discount due to imperfections/nicks/dents/etc. I'm not particular about appearance - I just want to be able to shield my 12834 lights side-spill and be able to stand them on their heads. I would need up to 3. Thanks.

How would you set the LED to focus? I was thinking of using a reflector and the DX 12834. Will that work?

It appears that this replaces the lens retaining ring on the mag head. So to focus you would still just twist the mag head.

I do not know the exact dimensions but these fit perfectly for me.

Inner diameter: 53mm
Pitch: 1,25mm
Thread angle: 60°
