Help Finding a 4 LED Light (As seen on Torchwood)

I saw this 4 LED tactical light on Torchwood ("Countrycide," Season 1, episode 6) used by both Toshiko and Jack Harkness. Might have 4 small lenses. Not too thick not super thin either so I'm thinking maybe a 2 CR123 light or a 3 AAA. Looks high-quality too. In fact, Gwen has a similar light but with 3 LEDs, likely 2 AA.

Any ideas what this light is? Hope the pics can help. Thanks!

Looks sort of like the Inova UV X5 type light, but the Inova has 5 LEDs.
Might be a knock-off copy or something.

Or maybe the True Utility models TU28 (3-LED) and TU27 (4-LED). I am not sure these are current models as the main True utility website doesn't seem to list them.
