Who has the Brightest and whitest 5mm leds available
now.Holsfelt has a 10000 mcd for 2.99, anyone know of a better deal.

To compare LED's rated by mcd, you need to know the beam angle as well. 10000 mcd with a 10 degree 1/2 theta viewing angle is no where near as bright (luminous output) as a LED that is say 7500 mcd with a 20 degree 1/2 theta viewing angle. Unless things have changed, Nichia still puts out the brightest white LED's.

Just bought 10 from that guy myself- good service... even adds a few 47 ohm resistors in....
