Helping a friend liquidating his collections, these two Aspheric lights he previous bought made by me.

#1, Franken MagDEFT
A ground breaking marriage between Maglite body & DEFT Head with 3" Aspherical Glass lens. Powered by extreme top bin (N bin) SSR-50, 57K Driven to slightly over spec ~5.5A using 2x 26650 IMR on Dual P7 drivers wired in parallel. Use a small magnet (included) for positive connection to bottom of mag switch (The 26650 is flat top)

• Greater than 1300 led lumens
• Greater than 115,000 Lux at 1 meter
• Throw close to DEFT FTP but with 5x the spot area size, thus, this is a practically useful long range search light.

#2: Second Light, a Pocket Aspheric light,
2nd from left in the picture.
Probably one of the smallest lights bearing a full sized Aspheric lens.

Specs:
Mag 1C clone host in Titanium silver color

• 50mm Aspheric Lens
• Custom Aluminum Heat sink
• Cree R2 driven to 1.5Amp on 1x 25500 DX protected C Li-ion
• The tail cap is modified with 8x2 Ohm resistors in parallel to limit DD to 1.5A. Do not Run it without tail cap. Amp without tail cap will be over than 2 Amp .
• Actually much smaller than the Mag 1C, but throw as far as any Mag Aspheric lights because it use full sized mag Aspheric lens.

I am listing with a big discount as it's 2nd hand now, but really, he hardly used it, looks brand new.

The silver one next to the blue no longer exist, I chopped it up & used its head for another build.
It used to be a XPG R5 driven to about 2.2 Amp, I think it was close to 100k lux if I remember correctly, it was out thrown by the MagDEFT.

Also the die image on the R5 was still small, just slightly bigger spot than Saabluster's DEFT, not like the MagDEFT, in which the beam looks like a M3LT on steraids, project a large area coverage at distance but more than 3x the beam candle power of what Surefire M3LT could deliver.

Imagine one person holding 4 DEFT FTPs & carefully align the 4 aspheric spots side by side
to form a big integrated square, that's pretty much what MagDEFT looks like.

I went out did some beam shots, to show the practical utility of this light:

To the twin tree in the woods, it's exactly 374ft (125 yards or 114 meters).

Camera Zoom in/ It's capable of Very large area coverage at 374Ft out
I'd imagine it's really useful for hunting when need to spot animals 200-300 yards away, where conventional reflectored flashlight isn't suficient anymore.

There is only one over 1000 lumen led light that could match MagDEFT in throw,
that is DR90, but SR90 is a lot bigger in size.
