Jet I Pro v1 fell down on hard surface on its head, and has a dent in the bezel. Since then, it has started behaving erratically. For eg.,
- light stops working suddenly, or dims where I can see a faint glow of the LED
- programmed modes are forgotten (I can put it back into programming mode, and then re-program fine though)
- flicker and dim, and normal again, and so on...
- does not start when clicked on, I have to loosen the head, and tighten it and it starts working.
I am surprised, since I assumed lights are pretty much bomb-proof against such impacts, especially the electronics inside. Maybe I am wrong. Can someone give me further pointers? At this point its as good as not having light, since the reliability is gone. Thanks in advance.
