Off the top og my head, Jet-III M I have in neutral, among the various offerings from shining beam and Romisen there are 123x2 neutrals, and of course Malkoff's great drop-ins. I would love to get another 4sevens warm or neutral too but they just aren't going to make any more.

EagleTac has Q4-5A neutral white modules available for P20C2 MkII and T20C2 MkII. T20C2 MkII will get a newer Q4 module with higher rating soon.
Lumintop also recently announced that it is manufacturing neutral white versions of its Terminator series. Specifically, TD-15 with XP-G R4-4C and TD-15X with XM-L T5-4C.
