130W hotwire, 4.5 inch head  Having fun doesn't mean one has to bread a bank :)
This light was sold previously to a friend for $169 here:
http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb...nless-Steel-Turn-Key-hot-wire-with-4509Q-130W.

Helping the friend (non CPFer) to sell it as he is liquidating his collection.
The light looks even better the second time around,
looks like my friend polished it up, the Stainless steel look very clean & shinny all over!

The light was inspired by the FM PAR36 head:

Light FS is a complete Turn Key PAR36 Sealed Beam package.
The only thing you need to supply is 4xAW IMR 26500 batteries.

  • Vintage Stainless Steel flashlight with 4.5" PAR36 Head.
  • Completely re-built switch & contact mechanism
  • Installed a section of Mag D tube that has been machined down to fit inside the vintage tube to host the Switch from Mag D.
  • Mag D switch with resistance mod, copper contact for battery
  • 18AWG Teflon Copper wires to hook up the lamp
  • PVC battery sleeve for use with 4xAW IMR 26500
  • 4509Q quartz halogen PAR36 Aircraft 100w landing bump included
  • Driven to 16.6v ~8Amp, I.E. ~130W.
  • Very easy to switch lamps, many PAR 36 lamp options, 4509Q is the longest thrower (140K lux) below the 250W lamp model (150K lux).
For a Vintage light, it is in super excellent shape, because it's made out of stainless steel & no rust.

For beam shot of PAR36 4509Q vs. Mag 1185 on FM deep reflector, see Luxluthor's testing here:

Asking only $149. Turnkey with lamp, battery not included.

USA only. Two PP/shipping options:
PP gift: Shipping + Insurance: $14 (+1 cent PP goods for making label)
PP goods: add 4% to the total

Size vs. Mag 2D.

I installed a Mag 2D switch

This is the view from the opposite side of the Mag switch, I left the stock switch alone, it doesn't function, just a decorative piece to retain the vintage look.
