Does anyone else think ZebraLights' web page is mis-leading?
They wave the US flag and state American owned and operated, however warranty is obviously handled strictly by China.
All warranty claims are sent to China, evidently on the slow boat each way.
Six week minimum is a very long time to be without a light.
Overall I've been happy with Zebralight as they have very innovative lights, but the wait for warranty replacement is un-acceptable.

Yeah, fully agreed. Even being in the UK I'd much rather a US operated warranty service, simply because of their communication, which is very poor. I sent an SC51w in for repair 4 weeks ago now and despite repeated questioning I only got one response a week ago now giving no more info than they hadn't got it.

any chinese manufacturer has a certain vibe about them. not only the bad grammar. its pretty easy to tell. paypal + free shipping are some signs.

"ZebraLight, Inc., an Irving, Texas, based manufacturer of premium quality flashlights and headlamps"

Is this true?
